We're looking for a Global Brand Activation & Advocacy Manager who thrives at the intersection of brand, culture, and hospitality. Someone who can turn strategy into experiences, build meaningful industry relationships, and create activations that leave a lasting impression.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Driving the execution of our global brand strategy and annual activation roadmap
  • Creating impactful, scalable launch and activation toolkits that empower markets worldwide
  • Leading the strategic planning of international trade shows, events, partnerships, and industry collaborations
  • Developing compelling POS materials and activation concepts together with our Trade Marketing team
  • Managing and inspiring our international Brand Ambassador network
  • Coordinating global bartender exchange programs, educational initiatives, and advocacy travel experiences
  • Partnering closely with distributors and sales teams to deliver world-class brand activations in-market
  • Identifying emerging consumer trends, cultural movements, and industry insights to keep our brands ahead of the curve
  • Designing and executing exclusive customer and partner incentive experiences
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience in Brand Management, Trade Marketing, Events, Advocacy, or a similar marketing role
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, drinks culture, and the premium beverage industry
  • Hands-on experience within bars, hospitality, spirits, or FMCG brands is a strong advantage
  • Deep understanding of consumer trends, cocktail culture, and the evolving hospitality landscape
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong bias for action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • An international mindset, fluency in English, and at least intermediate-level German language skills
  • Based in Berlin or willing to relocate, as this position is based at our Berlin office
  • A willingness to travel and represent our brands globally
